“When you enter W.B. Auto, the first thing you will notice is the shiny grey floor, bright lighting, and clean surroundings of the garage area. The thought that came to me was “Do they actually work on cars here?” I have never seen a cleaner shop or one more organized and detailed. It reminds you of a 50’s hot rod shop, with pictures of classic cars and motorcycles, and let’s not forget the classic cars and cycles that customers and the owners have there. I was thinking could they possibly care about the customer’s cars and pay as much attention to me as they do to taking care of the shop? Believe me Mike, Rich, Kyle and the staff at W.B. Auto did not disappoint me, or will they disappoint you. “A friend told me about Williams Bay Automotive and I’m so glad she did! It is a very clean shop. Mike is very honest. He explains every issue, he is clear and precise. My radiator went out in my Toyota minivan, it was very fast. My van overheated so I pulled over, fluid was everywhere. I called Mike. He told me of a recall because it was an expensive fix. Toyota would not fix it because they only give so much time on recalls, it was past the time. Mike fixed it and I have had no issues. He has maintained my van and my son’s Subaru in a timely manner.
